Support is vital in the early stages of usage.   As retailers become more experienced there is still a need from time to time for support.  Our surveys show that customers value Sirius support very highly.

Sirius offers three levels of ongoing support:

• Bronze - 9am-5pm 5 days per week
• Silver - 7am-10pm 7 days per week
• Gold - 24 hours per day.

Sirius offer an Advanced Users course for users of the system with 6 months or more experience.
