Touch Screen scales are integrated into the Scanfast system for three reasons: modular-scales

  • To prevent  cross contamination between food and money handelling



Principle areas of use:
  • Touchscreen EPOS Terminal Electronic Scales are attached to the touchscreen terminal at check-out. The electronic scales are driven by the terminal which makes it quick and easy to process the sale and ensure product prices are accurate
  • Touch Screen Deli/Butchery Electronic Scales to produce a product label contains the product information (Name, Ingredients, Packed on date, Use by date, Batch information, Weight, Price/kg and Item Price.
  • Touch Screen Hot Food terminal allows the operator to build up the customer order on a item by item basis to produce label/voucher  which when scanned EPOS checkout terminal recalls the sales.  Items can be added and removed to the sales. However the previous voucher becomes invalid to prevent customer fraud.
